Cleaning Compound는 반도체금형 청소제인 Melamine Mold Cleaning
Compound는
반도체 칩(Chip)TR, Diode, IC, LSI, ASIC등을 EMC로 봉지(Encapsulation)하는
과정에서 발생하는 Sticking Stain등의 원인이 되는 산화피막, 먼지 티끌등을
금형으로부터 제거한다.
그 결과 반도체 소자 봉지시간을 최대한 감소시키고 금형의 마모 및 손상을
최대한 줄여 EMC로 봉지시 작업능율 향상 및 불량품 감소등 생산성을
향상시킨다.
UNICLEAN-T can be transfer-molded along with the
molding compoud when it is preheated and placed
in the pot of transfer molding machine.
UNICLEAN-C is, with no preheated, placed on cavities
and particles lines, after taking out of frame
loaders, and pressed a compression molding machine.
