UNICELL is a trade name of the most renewed
chemical foaming agents and decomposition activators,
produced by DONGJIN Semichem Co., Ltd.
Chemical foaming agents are organic or inorganic
plastic additives that decompose when heated to
yield at least one type of gaseous decomposition
product. This evolved gas produces micro-cellular
materials.
Decomposition activators are organic or organometallic
plastic additives that accelerate the decomposition
of chemical foaming agents.
DONGJIN, having the widest range of chemical
foaming agents in the world, produces
30,000 metric tons of chemical foaming agents
and decomposition activators for plastic and rubber
applications annually.
Many modified versions such as free-flowing, non-plating
out, high expansion, self-dispersion and adjustment
of decomposition temperature
for a specific process is available through DONGJIN's

Azodicarbonamide is available in 1.8 to 25 micrometer average
particle size.
It is well known as the most popular and effective
chemical foaming agent
for plastic and rubber applications and is one of the
most widely used chemical foaming agents due to
its non-toxic, self-extinguishing, relatively
high decomposition temperature, and relatively
large gas evolution properties.

Modified Azodicarbonamide for plastic or rubber
injection and extrusion applications.
It is a very specially designed chemical foaming
agent for non-staining,
non-discoloring, non-plate out and odorless purpose.
It is recommended for applications where steel mold
corrosion, die blockage or screw build up.

Modified Azodicarbonamide for low temperature
processing plastic (PVC) and rubber application.
It is suitable for accelerating cure speed in a
vulcanization system or line speed without extra
use of activators.
DK Series release non-condensable and ammonia-free
gaseous products and leave white residue.
DL Series is free of creamy coloration.

This product is a completely dispersible Modified Azodicarbonamide
for low temperature processing. DE3 shows better
inhibition and tremendously improved
whiteness in PVC plasti-sol chemical embossing
application.

Modified Azodicarbonamide for EVA injection molding,
EVA conventional press molding and PVC extrusion
process. It is a specially designed chemical foaming
agent for non-plate out, stain free and built-in
nucleation purpose.
DX Series is particularly applicable for EVA shoe
soles.

Modified Azodicarbonamide for chemical or irradiation
cross-linked
polyethylene or polypropylene application. Diverse
line of chemical foaming agent is available for
fine cell structure, white surface and free flowing

MASTER BATCHES. It is a kind of chemical foaming
agents master batches,
composed of Azodicarbonamide or Modified

EVA (VA=22%) or LDPE resin may be used as a
carrier and special
compositions can be provided under the customer

As p.p'-Oxybis(benzenesulfonylhydrazide), it is

As p-Toluenesulfonylhydrazide, it is an outstanding

releasing chemical foaming
agent for cellular plastic and rubber application.
It is especially applicable for open and closed
cell structure rubber foams.

As Benzenesulfonylhydrazide, it is an outstanding
non-staining,
non-discoloring, non-toxic, and odorless nitrogen
releasing chemical foaming agents for cellular
plastic and rubber application.
It is especially applicable for open and closed
cell structure rubber foams.

As N,N'-Dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine, it has
the oldest history as a chemical foaming agent
and is one of the most economic chemical foaming
agents for plastic and rubber applications.

As p-Toluenesulfonylsemicarbazide, it has relatively
higher decomposition temperature than other chemical
foaming agents.
Less risk of premature decomposition in the compounding
stage enables it to be suitable for high temperature
processing plastics such as ABS, rigid PVC, polyamide,
HDPE and polysulfone, etc.

As 5-Phenyltetrazole, it is one of the most advanced
chemical foaming agent for engineering plastics
such as polycarbonate, ABS, polyamide and fluoro.

It is white, odorless, non-toxic and free-flowing
inorganic chemical
foaming agent. It releases carbon dioxide and
water vapor during thermal decomposition and endothermic
decomposition characteristics of UNICELL-C Series
enable it to be adaptable for plastic injection
and extrusion where local overheat should be avoided.

Urea-based decomposition activators. It shall
be especially coated with fatty acid or metal soap
to prevent from water absorption or lumping.
It activates UNICELL-D, UNICELL-OH, UNICELL-TS
and UNICELL-G Series.

Zinc-based organometallic decomposition activators.
It is a especially designed decomposition activator,
which is very
suitable for low temperature processing application.

MICROCAPSULE or MICROSPHERE is a very unique
and new foaming agent recently developed by DONGJIN.
Thermoplastic polymer shell, containing
low temperature volatile liquid as a core material
can be expanded more or less 5 times the original
shell diameter under a fixed temperature.
It is applicable for textile, paint, print ink,
wall paper and shoe injection foams.
